Service Quality Assurance
In order to ensure the service fulfills clients’ requirement, management team monitors the operations 24 hours a day, and provides timely support to the frontline when needed. Client liaison and post inspection are conducted regularly for effective measure to safeguard service levels. A Plan-Do-Check-Act mechanism is implemented to collect feedback from clients as well as improve staff morale through direct communication during post inspection.
